A traditional bank barn – thankfully in very good repair – forms the basis for the operations of the only apple winery in the Georgian Triangle. Production occurs in the sterile lower stone basement, while marketing and office functions are located upstairs. The simplicity of the new treatments harks back to the original, without overwhelming it.
